Microphone on social media apps
I’m using XR the mic is not working on WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok…. People can’t hear what I’m saying but I can hear what they say.How can I fix this?

You may need to tweak your privacy settings.
Under Settings > Privacy > Microphone, check if the apps you're trying to use are toggled on. If not, toggle them on and then test the issue again.
Should the microphone issue persist beyond that, test the problem in an Apple app like FaceTime or recording yourself in Voice Memos.
If you can hear yourself properly there, and the privacy setting is correct, we'd advise contacting Apple Support directly for additional assistance.
