Why is health app accessing my contacts repeatedlly

i want to know why my contacts are being accessed multiple times daily by the Health app. I just went through every privacy and location service setting everything that would grant access settings for this health app and no where does it say access to contacts as an option anywhere. How do I disable this contact access by the health app. Does anybody know the purpose for this?why on earth is Health App accessing my contacts multiple times a day weeks on end?
