I can't seem to delete or find these files and I'm a bit worried about them. I've done a malware scan and safe mode delete and they just come back.

FWIW, you may not have uninstalled all the bits and pieces of the apps you no longer use or uninstalled.
You can install EtreCheck which among other things should list any orphaned files that may still be on the drive.

Open a finder window and when you search for the files, click + and include system files like this pic:
Check > System Settings > General > Login Items. If the files are coming back, they may be launched at startup here or have a background process that keeps it active.
If you are still unable to find these files, we may have to dig deeper in your LaunchAgents and LaunchDaemons folders. I do agree some of these are normal if your are using VPN and running Transmission and Torrents.
Here is what I did. I had a Turbotax 2019 process in my Firewall settings that was set to Allow Connection. I deleted the TurboTax 2019 app that was in my Application folder. After restart the process was gone from my Firewall settings.
Hi!
Seems that everything is ok. Those aren't files, but rather processes, nothing you should worry about (for example, the last one is from BitTorrent or uTorrent).
You can enable Stealth Mode, which will give a slight, but reasonable protection:
FWIW, they all appear to be legit and nothing to worry about.
Thank you
You're welcome.
I don't use a VPN but previously installed one. Used to use transmission years ago but not anymore. Searching system files serves up nothing. Thanks for your help
None of the apps / processes in the list exist to delete. This is the problem. I can't right click and go to the app / process
Tried that, and they're still there!
