subscription help

I bought Slate Plus through the app store but the app doesn't recognize that I am a paying subscriber. It wants me to pay.

Atlas VPN and App Store I bought a subscription to Atlas VPN and when I went to pay I got an option to pay through the App store. I did. Then I changed my mind. My problem is that although my card says I paid the full price my account shows no such subscription and lists the app as 'free'. Payment was not made from the card attached to my account at the time. Atlas says that the problem is with Apple's app store. Is there anything I can do?

Crunchyroll subscription I bought a Crunchyroll one-year subscription, in the app it says that, but when I open my subscriptions on the apple store there is nothing about it. Is it some kind of a bug or what should I do? There is also this email, i dont really understand it, i already updated my payment method and it still doesnt work properly.

Subscription disappeared but it’s active Last year I subscribed to clip paint studio. In the meantime my card expired so I just changed the method of payment but now I can’t find my subscription. on my CSP acc it shows my subscription is active . I want to change my sub plan but I can’t because each time I click on App Store for more info it shows that I have no subscriptions.

If you have received an invoice from Apple, on every invoice from the Apple Store and/or iTunes Store always states what you have purchased (and/or concerns a subscription) and the amount.

Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.
