Why this message appear many times under settings?

"Update ID apple setings" this message appear many times on my iphone. I already signed in with my apple ID password and it is still asking me for more of this. After I update to iOS 16.4 (20E247). Does anybody knows how to fix this issue?

Use the same Apple ID each time you sign in. Use for all Apple services like App Store, iCloud, iMessage and FaceTimeone Apple ID
