Settings notification for Apple ID sign-in on iPhone 13 Pro Max

Constant repetition of "Approve iPad - This iPad wants to use your iCloud account" notification I keep getting this notification, sometimes multiple times, at the top right of my screen. This happens at least 20-30 times per day. As soon as I "approve" the iPad, the alert message appears again. I have ensured both my MacBook Air (M2) and iPad 5th Gen are up to date, signed in and out with my Apple ID, and turned off both devices several times in varying orders. This is incredibly frustrating; please can you advise how to stop this.

Apple ID verification notification every restart I get an Apple ID verification notify every time I restart my iphone. (and shutdown then power-on) Notification appears on lock screen and password dialog box comes on home screen. This just happen after upgraded to iOS 16. I've done reset all settings , re-signed in Apple ID at Settings and App store. It's so annoying me. Thanks.
