apple teacher profile template

I’ve just earned enough badges to download my apple teacher signature. Everything is fine except for the template made available to upload profile in social media which should be in keynote, but for some reason, it only appears in .pdf. Needless to say that it is impossible to upload a picture with a huge DOUBLE TAP HERE TO INSERT PICTURE which is completely undoable. Could you please either provide the appropriate template or give me a workaround this burden? Many thanks.
