Data and cellular services not working

Woke up one morning to my phone saying SOS at the top. Completely unable to make phone calls. Contacted my carrier Verizon and reset the phone, reset network setting, turned off cellular data and turned it back on. Turned on airplane mode then back off. Took out the SIM card and put it back in. Nothing seems to work. I still have no cellular services and cannot make calls unless I use Wi-Fi calling. I have a iPhone 13 Pro and it is updated to the latest version IOS 16.4. At this point I don’t know what else to do. Going to get a new physical SIM Card but I’m worried it won’t fix the problem. Any help?

Contact Apple Support:

Have you contacted Apple Support, yet? Give them a call (maybe from a Mac or another iPhone?). If need be, screenshare the other phone with the Apple Rep. In doing so, Appel will see this firsthand, form YOUR persecutive. Hover your devices and show them exactly what you are seeing.

Here are my Two User Tips:

Apple Phone Support Contact Us Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as Necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
