Homepod mini not working

Recently I've been having trouble with my homepod mini when it comes to alarms going off. I'll set them through my phone in the home app so they're set to go off on my homepod and they're turned on but haven't actually gone off. when I ask siri through it it says "there was a problem completing your alarm request, please try again in a second" each time and in the home app it says my phone and homepod aren't on the same network despite being connected. I've tried deleting and re-adding the alarms as well as resetting the homepod but nothing seems to work.

When you look in the home app at homepod settings, scroll down to the very bottom to see if it is on your wifi, check your phone wifi network matches this.


Try resetting network settings on your iPhone: In Settings > General > Transfer or Reset > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Join wifi again after it restarts
