Password for Apple ID doesn't work since using a bot to download a VPN

Hey guys, I have a particular issue here. I foolishly used a "bot" apple ID to download a VPN for overseas. But the worst thing is that I used it for logging in to the iCloud system. Now that I want to log out, the password for this apple ID doesn't work anymore, and it's blocked forever. Is there a way to forcefully initialize the whole device? Can Apple support force a device?
