Please allow option to change the default tri-tone notification sound to something else.
If not then please add support for is to change the notification sound on per app basis.
There are few apps like whatsapp, facebook messenger that support to change notification sound from within the app but not all apps have this option.
This option should be directly made available from the settings app
That's not an Apple problem.
But you're not addressing Apple here and we, just users like you, are not aware of Apple future plans/designs/decisions.

So Apple won’t give an option to change the system default notification sound. Instead app developers have to give an option in their app to override the system default notification sound.
Great! App developers have to fix apple’s problem.

That problem should be resolved by 3rd parties apps developer/support teams.
