What is the exact model of your Mac and version of macOS currently on it? You can get this information by clicking the Apple menu and selecting "About This Mac". If you cannot boot into macOS, then you can get the exact model by entering the system serial number here:

What OS are you trying to install?
How are you performing the install? Running the installer while still booted into macOS, or from Recovery Mode, or Internet Recovery Mode, or from a USB installer?
My guess is the certificate for the installer you are using is expired.
