Incorrect Longest Move Streak

I was just awarded a Longest Move Streak of 11 days. My watch announced it and now the award is displayed on the Watch app. However, I earned a Longest Move Streak on March 31, 2021 for 415 days. How can I reinstate the correct award (that I was very proud of)?

GOOD NEWS APPLE WATCH FANATICS!!!

I contacted Apple Support & now my Move Streak is showing the correct days (YAY!) along with the incorrect 35 days, BUT I was told this is a known issue & their Eng team is working on fixing the problem.

At least it is a step in the right direction. Thanks Apple!

Strangely enough, mine started working again. I assume Apple is working on the problem.

Yes: lots of people are having, or have-had, the same problem.

Apparently though, on a good note, it is just the display that is incorrect, your streaks and data appear to be saved properly in the background....

(Well, that's what I understand with my limited knowledge)

There are some fixes you could try throughout this thread. I tried some and nothing seemed to work about a month ago. Then all of a sudden, it just started working again about a week or so ago.

Sorry, no solutions, but some info....

I'm having a similar issue, but I'm concerned it's lost my streak information. Yesterday I backed up my iPhone to erase and restore it because I was having issues with something else. After I restored the phone, the Fitness app started having this problem.

On January 29, 2024 it shows my 457 day streak, but the next day I don't have the badge. Then, the following day, the badge reappears as a 35 day streak and says that my current streak is 35 days. I contacted Apple Support and they told me that it either hasn't finished restoring completely or that it didn't backup properly and the information is lost. I've tried hard resetting both the phone and the watch and still no fix. My only hope that all isn't lost is because this is a reoccuring issue with the streak resetting to 35.

All of my data seems to actually be there and clearly shows more than a 35 day streak so the information is there and the issue is only with the badge. This also isn't the only badge that seems to be affected. I only have perfect month badges from September 2023-January 2024 despite the data for the previous months with all rings closed being there.

Same thing here. Today I was "awarded" with a 36 day streak (and probably a 35 day streak yesterday). However, I was at 700 days 2 days ago.

In the awards I now have two identical awards for today (the 36 day one being the "active" one, unfortunately.

This is very demotivating, Apple. Please fix this bug very soon!

It suddenly fixed itself! Up until this afternoon it was stuck at 36 days, then suddenly I received a notification and I’m back up to 997. Thank god! I was so looking forward to the 1000! Don’t know what happened but I did reset both watch and phone a few times in the past few days. It didn’t immediately fix the issue, but it did eventually resolve itself. Thanks and congrats on your amazing move streak as well!
