I was just awarded a Longest Move Streak of 11 days. My watch announced it and now the award is displayed on the Watch app. However, I earned a Longest Move Streak on March 31, 2021 for 415 days. How can I reinstate the correct award (that I was very proud of)?

I contacted Apple Support & now my Move Streak is showing the correct days (YAY!) along with the incorrect 35 days, BUT I was told this is a known issue & their Eng team is working on fixing the problem.
At least it is a step in the right direction. Thanks Apple!
This same issue starting happening to me upon upgrading to a new iPhone 15 Pro. My streak of 1,345 days keeps incrementing each day, but it also says my streak ended on [current date] and that my current streak is zero. At midnight the count increments by one along with the date, and it says my current streak is 0. With the amount of energy and commitment I’ve invested in getting to 1,300+ days it’s very unsettling… very much hope this isn’t a long term problem.
I keep closing my Move ring and the next day, the Move Longest Streak award resets to zero. Is anyone else having this problem and know of a solution? It so disheartening. My fitness is motivated by reaching goals and the app keeps deleting my accomplishments. 😕
I reset my phone and watch together. Didn’t help.
Gonna be honest, I forgot to charge the watch overnight, lost a few hours of movement and just tanked my streak of over a year, and it’s the most freeing thing ever. Like … I pulled a hamstring playing tennis a few months ago and was concerned enough with the streak to revise my movement goals. It’s a psychological reward system to keep you wearing the watch and I’m happy to never have to pay attention to it again. Ymmv
I have been at 945 days for the last several days, despite exceeding the daily goal. I did power the watch off once and that didn’t fix. No updates pending. Is there a fix for this? Was counting down to 1000 days. 😌
I was well over a thousand days as well. Now says 35. 😠😭. It was a motivation to keep it going. Went out of my way a few times.
My issue was fixed, so I'm where I should be at 950 days. Hopefully, yours is fixed soon & CONGRATULATIONS on the 1000 day Move Streak!!!
Same for me. Me longest move streak suddenly went from 1,218 days to 36 days.

Mine reset to the same number. I haven’t missed a move goal in years. Did anyone get any response or resolution?

I have the same issue now, my longest move streak became 35 days yesterday. The person I spoke to at Apple didn’t think this was a known issue, which is concerning. Not sure what to do.
One day later, still says the longest is "36" but the current has moved up one to 2,159
Happened to me again. Down from 764 to 35 :-(
Last time it repaired itself after a few days - crossing my fingers.
