Worst Experience with apple Iphone which i purchased in Iplannet chennai valasaravakkam

Hi i recently purchased an iphone 13 in Iplannet chennai valasaravakkam on jan 26 - 2023 within 2 months on 24th March the phone got over heat and the device was not able to boot and got dead went to the service center and explained everything and they refused for an replacement and serviced my phone and gave back after an week, after i get the phone from service center within 2 days i again got problems with Bluetooth connectivity issue, heating problem, battery draining fast and iphone getting disabled automatically while keeping in pocket and again i went to the service center they took the phone and they just flashed the software kept it with them for 2 days and gave it back again saying that there is no problem in the phone the phone works perfectly. Is there any good authorized service center in chennai who can diagnose the problem correctly

Hello,

I guess that you could take it to another service location to get a second opinion. However, all of your problem have solutions. See this:

1) overheating: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch gets too hot or too cold

2) won't turn on: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen

3) Bluetooth: If you can‘t connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

4) Disabled: If you put it in your pocket and it is not locked, the pressure can cause issues: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled

5) Charging: see this for some charging tips: When to charge your iPhone or iPad
