After ios 16.4 update, I’m experiencing call drop issues after 1min of every calls (both incoming & Outgoing / both ESIM and Physical sim)
If I speak in loud speaker (or) in AirPods, then no issues
Have tried all troubleshoot options (network resetting to factory reset) but nothing works
Unknown what to do with this iPhone11

Hey gang, this is what I found. Please let me know if this works for you.
Go into SETTINGS,
First step is to click into "SIRI AND SEARCH", click CALL HANG UP and turn that off.
Second step. Go To "ACCESSIBILITY", click "VOICEOVER", than click "AUDIO", then turn off "AUTO SELECT SPEAKER IN CALL".

Tf I don't understand the logic behind being battery the issue for random call drop/disconnect here! And if it's the battery that is causing the issue then why doesn't the issue persist when the call is on speaker, or on FaceTime/WhatsApp/telegram or any other VoIP call (irrespective on headset or speaker). The issue is only when the call is on headset (main/ear speaker ).
It’s a lame excuse, no logic behind it. Instead of fixing the bug which so many iphone 11 users are experiencing, they are trying to blame it on users itself. Oftenly, most people does all the needful settings necessary before posting in this community. It’s a software bug which iPhone 11 users are experiencing. As simple as that.
As of today with iOS 16.5 on iPhone 11, the issue is really frustrating. The calls ALWAYS keep dropping at exactly 1-4 minutes. I really wish they pay attention to this issue and fix it. Such a big disappointment.
Yes, my iPhone 11 has its original battery with 80% health.
I am extremely frustrated with the recurring call drop issues on my iPhone 11, even though they were initially resolved after updating to iOS 16.4.1(a). Unfortunately, they resurfaced after updating to iOS 16.5.
It is disheartening that Apple has not prioritized this critical issue despite its impact on user experience. It is crucial for Apple to acknowledge and address this problem with utmost urgency and ensure a prompt resolution in the upcoming iOS 17.
I went and changed my SIM to an eSIM and that seems to have solved the problem, for now anyway. But, it doesn’t work for everyone. Some are still experiencing the same problem. Whether the issue will return for me with the next iOS update remains to be seen.

Exact same prob here, iPhone 11. iOS version 16.5 and still the same prob. Calls are okay when used AirPods, or else, they drop after 1-8 minutes. Anybody managed to get this issue resolved?

It's been 2 months and still struggling with this call drop issue. Changed eSim to physical but no luck. Is anyone out here able to get a resolution for this?

Okay then mine is 85% but it still drops the calls it was previously resolved by updating it to ios 16.5 and yesterday after updating it to ios 16.5.1 it again came back
