iPhone 14 other system data shows -1kb

iPhone 14 other system data shows -1kb while a round wheel is spinning. After a long time when spinning wheel is stopped it shows 0kb.

my iPhone total storage used show around 116GB (including IOS system data) out of 256GB.

my iPhone is lagging. Free RAM shows only 8MB. When I purges it comes to 600-700MB and again when phone is idle and not in use ( idle even for whole night too) RAM comes back to nearly full to 8-50MB.

when iPhone not in use or idle even CPU utilised reached 90% and above.

when I start using it again CPU comes back to 5-30 to 50% again.

disabled many notifications, background app refresh, deleted many apps. Cleared safari history and website data, purged catch files by App Store tweak. Although the same situation of lagging

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Already did many ways to fix including suggested by you sir even before you suggested but no way.

i checked on internet Many forums and YTvideos on the issue including your reply to one of the post. But it is not solving the issue for my iPhone 14.

I noticed this lag when I created an automation shortcut and it was announcing text when wakeup alarm goes of and the announced text was lagging so I deleted that automation.

afterwards started checking my this new iPhone 14 and found other system data showed -1kb and 0 kb later on. Even analysis of RAM and CPU ( used cpu-x) shows very high usage when iPhone 14 is idle and not in use overnight. I tried wifi on /off, True 5G very speedy data on/off and many other ways like deleting history, website, YouTube, app catches, notifications, background apps, resetting etc but issue still persists as you can see from screenshots submitted.

All apps and data on iPhone 14 are replica of my another iPhone 6+ that is working totally ….totally fine even today without lag.

what could be a problem? Anybody on this planet have any idea?
