Receive PANIC error every time MacBook Pro is started back up

Over the past three days, every time I open the lid of my laptop and start it up, I receive the message that it was restarted due to an error. It has happened four times, but I only have the code for three. When I open the lid, it doesn't actually start up, but the trackpad is responsive and clicks. Instead, I have to do the cmd+ctrl+power sequence to force the laptop to start up. It works properly once it's on. The battery health is classified as "normal." The macOS has been updated to the latest Ventura 13.3. Nothing physical has happened to the laptop lately to cause a sudden change in performance. The crash logs are attached below. I think #1 and #3 are the same, but #4 is definitely different. I can provide additional information, if needed. Thank you in advance for any advice.

CATERR is not trivial and suggests you have a serious Hardware issue internal to the processor, such as a bad internal cache.

You should try to make an appointment to get your Mac tested.

While you wait, you could run the User diagnostic, but it generally only catches GROSS errors.

"No fault found' says that under the enormously constrained conditions, in the exceptionally brief amount of time allotted, using the limited tests available, no faults were found.
