Peacock app will not recognize upgrade

Subscribed to peacock premium plus on my Apple TV. But the app isn’t recognizing my subscription. When I go to subscribe it says already subscribed, but then it says there was a problem processing your purchase. I have logged in and out of the app. I have also deleted it and reinstalled it. I'm still stuck on the lower plan even though I'm paying for the upgrade. Help!

Just solved this... had to cancel my peacock premium plus subscription through apple, then subscribed again. Logged out of peacock app, then logged back in. Now it works...
