My mac is not charging and the diagnostic system is not showing any problem, tried resetting the SMC after an online suggestion. The issue is intermittent.

It is a Macbook pro 14", bought last year and is still in warranty. Battery life was 95 and with this issue continuation its on 91. Always use the adapter and cable originally came with the product.

Running on Mac version 13 (Latest one). What else can I try or is it a model specific issue?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.3

Hello,

If you've tried these steps, the next step would be to book your MacBook in for evaluation with an Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider: If your USB-C power adapter isn't charging your Mac laptop – Apple Support (UK)

Make sure that the Mac has been shut down for at least 30 seconds, which should have a similar effect on an Apple Silicon Mac as an SMC reset.
