PERSISTENT PROBLEM: Duplicated emails in Mail (Outlook) Sent folder
Has anyone found a solution to this four year old issue?
One support person gave instructions that sound appropriate, however the crucial step in the series no longer exists on newer devices.
Someone else "solved" by deleting his Outlook account and setting up Exchange. First, I don't want to lose all my emails by deleting my decades old account. Second, I have no idea how to do what he says he did. For me, this problem only came about when I bought my MacBook Air. I did not see it happening when using the same Mail program with Outlook on my iPad or iPhone.
Any help appreciated.
