About driver Print HP laser Jet CP 1025 Color

There is an HP 5.1.1 Printer Software Update, and an HP LaserJet CP1025 2.0.20120620 driver is listed in the referenced article Printer and scanner drivers for Mac - Apple Support. However, the System Requirements say Not compatible with macOS v12 and newer. If you try it anyway, it would be entirely experimental. It may not open/install/work with macOS 12 Monterey. So, do not expect too much from this.

As always, make sure that you have backup copies of all important files before testing anything. Software conflicts cannot be ruled out.

Also, would it be correct to assume that you mean the (USB-only) CP1025, not the (Wi-Fi and Ethernet) CP1025nw?

The reason for asking is that an HP LaserJet Pro CP1025nw Color Printer was listed in an early (February 13, 2012) iOS: AirPrint 101 HT4356 Apple article as an AirPrint-supported model (possibly an older AirPrint version, possibly requiring a firmware update). In that case, it may still be possible to use the printer without additional drivers, provided that it is connected to the same network as the Mac computer. AirPrint works with wireless (Wi-Fi) or wired (Ethernet) network connections.
