got a MacBook for kids to go school, never active it, it was two years now, last night want to use it, but find it refuse to charge
It is a brand new one, never use it.
try to charge it yesterday for 10 hours, not work;
last night charge it again for 10 hours, still refuse to work
tried some tricks shown online, like command+option+p+r etc, not solve the issue
Schedule time with the nearest Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Center to have it evaluated, though I tend to agree with BDAqua about a dead battery. Have your identification and proof of purchase with you.

Lithium-ion batteries do not like being left uncharged for long periods of time. By leaving it in the box for 2 years, the battery is likely kaput.
You'll have to pay to have it replaced.

I am trying to walk in the our Apple Park visit center, seems there is no genius there for this issue.
one thing I want to mentioned here is that it shows low battery picture for few seconds and then go black.
