Deactivate apple id

Goodday, I recently bought a new phone and decided I wanted a new apple id since my old one was linked to my gmail and i wanted to separate them. However my new apple id worked for a few hours then got deactivated. I cant access anything right now since its deactivated. How can I permanently delete my new apple id and continue with the old one. Help!

Getting In to your Apple Account:

To get into the correct Apple Account, contact Apple Support. Ask them why this has been deactivated. If you deactivated it, you may be able to reactivate it over the phone. So, have the Apple Rep reactivate it. Important: Perform a trial-&-error login session, prior to ending the call.

Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
