Airpods pro mic voice is low

Visited apple care support, they weren’t helpful. Said i would have to replace the out of warranty device even if its a software issue."

4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
5. Adjust: the audio volume balance

Check and make sure that the balance to the middle.

I have exactly the same issue. Hi, I have tried everything I could find online. When having a phone call people can

barely hear me. Same issue whether I try with my iPhone 14 Pro Max or my iPad Pro 6th generation. I have to switch my AirPod Pro off to be able to have the phone conversation. Playing music is NO issue, works very well. When I try to record myself using the Voice Memo App I can clearly reproduce the issue. Any kind of hone calls are the problem (phone, Zoom, etc.). So it must come form the microphone. Anyone having an idea?
