Good day! Today in the store I was offered to buy an iphone xr 120gb for a rather attractive price! Could you tell me how long this smartphone will be updated and supported? This will be my first Apple smartphone.

You have posted to a user-to-user support forum. We are all users here....just like you. No one here will be able to predict what Apple might do or when they might do it.
The XR was discontinued in Sept 2021 and Apple normally supports a product for up to 7 years, so a guess would be 2026-2027 for support and updates.
For Ukraine and 180 is too cheap nowadays)

The Xr is a solid device which - if it hasn’t been physically abused AND is fitted with a new battery - should provide years of reliable service.
