AMC+ Recurring Charges Despite Cancelling
Hi,
Over six months ago (September 15th, 2022), I canceled my AMC+ subscription that I purchased with Apple Pay through my Apple TV. However, each month I receive the same charges to my account despite having canceled this service. On each device I own (which doesn't have any other Apple IDs associated with them, just mine), I've checked in Settings, and under Subscriptions, each say the same thing: I canceled this service on September 15th.
My Apple Pay is linked to my Apple credit card, which is where the charges appear. I also double-checked that it wasn't an issue with AMC+; they said that if it was purchased through Apple Pay or with an Apple ID, they were the party responsible for the billing continuing.
Does anyone else have this same issue? I've had to fill out a refute form each month with Apple since I canceled this service, but it's never been fixed. I've always been refunded the amount that was charged but I want the charges to stop completely.
