Downloading songs on apple music. Keep getting an error message that does not allow me to download songs on Macbook air

Help with the problem I have downloading songs from Apple Music onto my macbook air and into my apple library

Authorize the Device:

Go to: Accounts menu
Hover: over Authorizations submenu
Select: "Authorize This Computer..."
Proceed from there as necessary
