Apple Arcade

I received an no_reply email due to the charge of subscription was declined for Apple Arcade that I did not make a purchased. Please help to verify

Possibilities...


1: There are scams pretending to be Apple, seeking to acquire your credentials when you log into the "Apple" website via a link in the message. Mail messages, text messages, etc. If so, ignore it.


2: See if there's an associated bill here: Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support — that would mean your Apple ID was compromised, or that you're in Family Sharing and will want to check with the other members.


3: If the attempt was real, but was not associated with any of your Apple IDs, then check with your financial provider, as this might have been a fraudulent charge.
