You don't, because you CAN'T. If you need anything higher than iOS 12.5.7, then it's time to retire your 10 year old, no longer supported iPhone and buy a new one.

There is NO WAY to update iPhone 6 to iOS 14 or higher. The problem is you own an out of date iPhone, which lacks the hardware to support higher iOS versions. If you want higher level iOS version, your only way to fix the problem is to buy a newer iPhone model.

It is NOT possible to install iOS 14 on iPhone 6. It will NEVER be possible. Buy a newer model iPhone.
