Just updated to 13.3.1 on my MacBook Air, now having mail issues with unread emails.
Set up a smart mailbox of unread messages, but it is now bringing up messages from months ago that I have read.
Even though they are in my unread smart mailbox, they are not flagged as unread.
When I re read them, they are still in the unread mailbox with no flags.
Is there something I need to reset after the update?
Appreciate any help.

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities about Mail issues.
Try booting into safe mode. Check if it's correctly pulling in emails there: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support
Restart and check your main account again.
If it's still not working, delete that smart mailbox, and restart the Mac. Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support
Then go try and re-build the smart mailbox again.
