I am trying to set up a savings account, and when I click "set up" it comes a new page and I clicked "continue", it shows "Savings Unavailable: Apple pay services are currently unavailable. Please try again later." Has anyone encountered the same issue?

My iPhone 12 Pro Max is US I believe (ordered from apple.com, model number is MGCF3LL/A)

Have not you seen the previous message saying “logged out, restarted, and logged in my iCloud”?
It turns out my region was not set to USA. Fixed that and everything worked just fine.
I did. But still not working
Finally got mine to work…. Needed to update my billing address on my Apple Card to the correct zip code

No, still in the review process. I called customer service but did not get an answer for it and the waiting was too long. Have you tried contacting the CS?

If you're still having this issue, like me, I just got off the phone with Goldman Sachs and they let me know that it won't be resolved until iOS 16.5! So, we have some time to wait 🤦♀️
