Exporting all threads as one thread:

Print them in hardcopy. Form there, scan them in, and save them as a single PDF document. See my User Tip: Save or Print a Complete iPhone Messages Thread: - User Tip

By far, the easiest way is with a thrid-party application on your computer. They are not free but if this is something you want to do regularly, they are more than worth the investment. iMazing and TouchCopy are two that people here in the forums have recommended.

Note: If you are doing this for some sort of legal proceeding, I would strongly suggest you consult with your attorney before doing anything. Special processes may be required to preserve the evidentiary value.

There is no built-in way to do that. You may wish to investigate third-party software. Or, you can take screenshots of your text thread and send that.
