Macbook Battery Discharge with the lid closed

Hi, I have a problem. After finish my job I put my macbook in to my bag with the lid closed. But I think macbook is still running. Because it discharges as you see in the attachment and even a little bit warm up. Software is up-to-date (Ventura 13.2.1) Is there anything I can do? Thank you.

Toggling 'Wake for network access' to power adapter only can help. You can find this at the bottom of the screenshot you posted in 'options'This will prevent automatic downloads (emails, apps, system) when the laptop is not connected to power.

Hey mertokuyan,

It sounds like your Mac battery is draining due to the temperature of your Mac. It's best to shut down your Mac prior to traveling with it being stored in a bag. Being kept in a bag there isn't enough room for your Mac to breathe, which can lead to it feeling warmer than expected. If it gets too warm, the sensors will detect this and take action to cool it down.
