Ted lasso freezing

I found a work around in the end, not that I should’ve had to, so many different people have had this issue this week, so many different ways people suggested as work arounds, none of them worked for me except this one…. Play episode 6 of latest season from beginning, fast for ward to 39 mins or so where ted starts looking at sunflowers, then this bit requires a bit of patience for a moment as you may have it freeze on you one more time as you pin point the exact moment it freezes, make sure you then know exactly when in stops, how many seconds etc, then if you need to play again from beginning and fast forward again up to a literally about 2-3 seconds maximum before it freezes and then skip forward 10 seconds and it’ll play fine from then on, it’s close to the end of that scene when it freezes and next scene is team back in hotel lobby, where we last saw them. Give it a try, hopefully it works for you too

I've had this issue with numerous shows on Apple TV+. I've found that it always freezes at the same point in shows, sometimes numerous times. Once it freezes, I skip forward 10 seconds, let it play for a moment, and skip back 10 seconds. Plays normally then until the next freeze. It's wildly annoying but works

It’s clear this is either happening for everyone, or at least a lot of people. It’s I’ve tried again and again for almost a week, and connect get past 39/40 mins approx of episode 6 from the latest season, the episode shows it’s 1 hr 5 mins long, so that’s a lot of crucial info missed before episode 7 comes out tomorrow. How has a company such as apple not managed to fix this issue in almost a week? I literally tried again just now and it still won’t go past that point, I have a video showing what happens if it’s any use but in all honesty, apple should’ve just sorted this already.

Australia here - it's happening to us too. Funny thing though - a week of free apple tv and things worked perfectly with no freezing on anything we watched. The DAY the subscription was paid for we started having these issues with almost every show. The app is totally unusable, so, we've requested a refund and will instead look for an alternative source to finish watching Ted Lassoo. Way to burn your customer base you massive knobs.

This advice is not helpful. Happened to me too. I don’t have low bandwidth and I already shut everything down. 3 days in a row? Get your act together

Appreciate the response, but this is a pretty ridiculous solution - and takes far more trouble and time than a visit to any pirate site (apparently).

It isn’t just one episode, all of them freeze at some point. So frustrating. No issues with any other streaming services, so it’s obviously an issue with just AppleTV
