Has anyone had major issues with iOS 16.4.1 especially Password, Apple ID, Apps opening randomly?

My iPhone 11 pro max recently updated automatically to iOS 16.4.1, my iPhone keeps opening mostly Apple apps randomly, ghost typing, this is making it almost impossible to send messages/emails. I'm profoundly deaf and hear with Cochlear Baha 6 hearing aids, tonight my iPhone unexpectedly opened iTunes store and was trying to purchase music and playing samples which stream via my hearing aids, extremely unsafe if driving my car!! My Apple ID and payment methods are also affected so I can't reinstall apps I've had to delete. I've followed all the instructions during a chat session with Apple. My iPhone was functioning perfectly prior to this update.

It seems my last option is a factory reset, however it's too unstable to back up to iCloud or my laptop. How can I avoid losing my data, photos, health information, especially the apps that control my Cochlear sound processors?

Buenas tardes , yo tambien tengo un comportamiento similar con mi Iphone , al igual que tu tengo un implante Cochlear Baha 6 , y tengo problemas similares a los tuyos desde hace años en mayor o menor medida , comportamientos automaticos de las aplicaciones , modificacion de la configuracion de mis dispositivos , anomalias diversas , sonidos muy bajos en llamadas y notificaciones , fallos de red , aparición de VPN , modificacion y eliminacion de contactos , incluso de mi perfil de informacion personal , asociando mi cuenta con otras personas , asi como mi direccion para mapas y demas , por lo que no puedo confiar en el alojamiento de Icloud . No se si sera por el implante o por otras causas . No sabria ayudarte , pero sufro el mismo problema y me gustaria que alguin mas cualificado nos ayudara . Saludos compañero
