Unknown app using camera

Is it just me that gets those “privacy” things on the control centre where it says “uknown, recent” and its using camera?? Its kinda scary and its the 4th time i see this… tho its almost always after using snapchat. Is it snapchat or someone using my camera? But whenever i go to snapchat and look up here privacy it shows “snapchat” using camera so idk…

No one can use your camera. As a simple test, open Snapchat, close it, and check the Control Center. If it doesn’t say Snapchat and instead says Unknown that means that Snapchat is not correctly reporting to iOS.

B. Disable Camera:

For Security & Privacy reasons, disable the camera, if and when you have no need to use it.

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Tap: Screen Time
  3. Tap: Content & Privacy Restrictions
  4. Tap: Allowed Apps
  5. Tap: Camera (so that it is dulled out)
