AirPort Extreme
How do I discover my AirPort Extreme on my new iMac (Monterey)?
It shows up only as the wifi connection and I cannot change the password or configure any settings.

We assume that you have been using the AirPort Extreme previously.
Open AirPort Utility (Finder > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility)
Click on the picture of the AirPort Extreme
Click Edit in the smaller window that appears
If asked, enter the password that you previously set up for the AirPort Extreme
Depending on how you set up the AirPort Extreme originally, the password might be the same as your wireless network password, or it might be different
If it is different, chances are you set up a device password. If you don't remember it, we may need to set up the AirPort Extreme again
