Powerbeats Pro troubleshooting

TL;DR- Our powerbeats pros are dying (almost)instantly after charging and the case is struggling to hold a charge.

Hello, we are not sure if this is being asked or not. We are trying to figure out ways to fix this issue. We think it is because the device is old. Anyhow we Have the Powerbeats Pro Device, We are at a moment where at first the device was cutting out, then reconnecting. After the first send out to apple, we experienced different issues. Now the problem is actually charging the device. So about 4-6months ago the primary used earpiece(Right Ear) started to die rather fast. So we reset and would keep an eye on levels. Now the ear itself dies much quicker than it should even after sitting in the case for sometime. Now both ears are having this issue, we understand overtime items degrade. We are just wondering why we could have done to cause this.
