I am going round and round in circles with this, how do I get emails sent to my private relay email address? Where are they? They are not being forwarded on and I have private relay enabled on all my devices. Please help and not just by posting the same wrong information into my reply.

IF YOU HAVE THIS PROBLEM

look up “iCloud” on google and sign in. After you sign in, go to the “mail” section. It’ll ask you if you want to create an iCloud email, SELECT YES, and all of your private relay emails will then be forwarded to that account from there on out. It just worked for me and I was able to be my Battle.net account back!

No one is asking how to set up the account. Everyone is asking how do I read the emails that have already been sent to the private relay. Example: I used it for my Hotwire account. I booked a room. Now I need to find the confirmation which had been sent to this private relay account. How do I find this email now? Not after going to iCloud and setting up from here out.

Nice, but it doesn't works. I use for example Canva, i wanted to use it not on my phone anymore and use it on my desktop. My account is confirmed with my private relay ''mail'' account. But there is no emailbox. I put on, to send emails via my Google account, but i don't get mails. From Canva they send an email with an code to this apple relay account. Now i can not use Canva anymore and also other stuff :(

At Canva they can not help me and say, go to Apple. I called customer support from Apple and they say, you must go to Canva, we can not help you because WE SEND the mails to your Gmail account, witch is not :(

Hello Jadasevyn,

Your private relay email should forward to your iCloud email address. You can make sure you have it set up properly by following the steps from this article: Set up and use Hide My Email in iCloud+ on all your devices - Apple Support

Set up and use Hide My Email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Your device must have iOS 15, iPadOS 15, or later.
1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open Settings.
2. Make sure you’re signed in with your Apple ID. If you are, you see your name at the top of Settings. If you don’t see your name, tap “Sign in to your [device].”
3. To keep your personal email address private, do any of the following:
* In Safari: Open a website, tap in an email field, then tap Hide My Email above the keyboard to generate a new random email address or use one you’ve already created for the website.
* In Mail: (iOS 15.2, iPadOS 15.2, or later) Open a new message window, tap the From field, then choose Hide My Email in the pop-up menu.
* In supported third-party apps: (iOS 16, iPadOS 16, or later) Open an app, tap an email field, then tap Hide My Email above the keyboard to generate a new unique, random email address or use one you’ve already created for the app.
* In Settings: Tap [your name] > iCloud, then tap Hide My Email. You can see and manage all your unique, random addresses.

You can read more about "Hide My Email" here: What is Hide My Email? - Apple Support

Best Regards.
