Booting bug since Ventura 13.3.1 update

Hello. I recently updating my Mac Studio to Ventura 13.3.1 and noticed an odd graphical bug with the loading bar (attached image). It is like the bar is outlined with a picture of the Ventura wallpaper which doesn't quite match up with the actual background. While difficult to see against the Ventura wallpaper, a couple times, the loading bar popped up on my second screen with a black background. The bar still had that orange flower image outlining just the bar itself. Has anyone else seen this? Or know what the cause may be?

I have seen odd behavior with the progress bar. One time it may do something odd, but next time it may be fine. As long as you don't have any other issues and everything else is working fine, then just ignore it.
