Upgrade of Disney Hotstar

I did the upgrading through itunes of my Disney Hotstar from 899 plan to 1099 plan

899- This plan will be expiring on 3rd Sep 2023

1099- This was the change i did on my current plan to get ads free videos, movies etc which will be expiring next year 2024 on 22nd April.

Now as per the parametres I should get the refund on my existing plan as I have done the upgrading.

This rule is also mention on Disney Hotstar that if the customer has upgraded his/her current plan then the difference amount will be refundable

Please provide some appropriate response
