No sarcasm intended.

What part of the High Sierra upgrade instructions fail for you?

Please tell me step by step what you tried and where you failed?

  1. Did you backup your data?
  2. Did you attempt to download High Sierra installer from:

macappstores://apps.apple.com/app/macos-high-sierra/id1246284741?mt=12

Use a web browser known to be compatible with your operating system, and copy/paste the above link into the go to link field on your browser:

If you aren't able to login the App Store, you will not be able to upgrade your Mac.

If your App Store is not logging in, it may be your two factor authentication is enabled on your Apple Account.

If that's the case, logging in to the App Store will require you to insert the code that comes out on your phone or iPad immediately after your your password for your Apple Account.

If you aren't running Mac OS X 10.6.8 or later, you won't have an App Store compatible with the download.

First off, please fix the Caps lock key.

As far as updating, unfortunately your limitation on upgrades for a 2011 machine is Mac OS 10.13.6

This has better support of the web version of Office 365 on Firefox and Chrome browsers, but you won't get the latest stand alone support. This year is the last year that High Sierra supports stand alone Office,

So I suggest you upgrade to HIgh Sierra and get a key to hold on to before the time runs out.
