Wifi connection

Would anyone happen to know why an iPhone would randomly stop connecting to wifi? It shows that it connects but says has no internet connection.

Hello Taylaabrieann,

We'd be happy to provide you with some information. It sounds like you're connected to a Wi-Fi network, but that network may not be connected to the internet. In cases like this, your device isn't the cause of the issue. If you're Wi-Fi network isn't connected to the internet, you'll want to troubleshoot your router or modem, or contact your internet service provider.

We have some basic troubleshooting steps you can try. It sounds like you're already connected to your Wi-Fi network, so you can start with step 4: If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support

You may find this information helpful:

4. Check for issues with your Wi-Fi network
5. Check your cables and connections
6. Restart
7. Reset your network settings

For more information on those steps, check out the article we linked above.

Thanks.
