Stuck on Diagnostics Mode (iPad Mini 6)

Is there any other way to exit the Diagnostics mode on my iPad Mini 6?

Keep restarting it, but keeps going into a diagnostics mode, making me connect to Wifi only to then bring me to a page saying "How can we help you".

How can we help you? YOU TELL ME!!!

I know apple forces products that may be damaged to go through this Diagnostics screen, so that we are then forced to go to Apple support and pay for a consultation or repair, its obvious, its what Apple has become now. But is there any other way to exit this screen and return to my home screen WITHOUT actually doing a diagnostics? otherwise Ill just chuck this in the bin.

A forced-restart of the device should exit diagnostic mode:

Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)

If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:

Press and quickly release the volume button nearest to the top button.
Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button.
Press and hold the top button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the top button.

Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)

Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.

It doesn’t resolve the problem. It just brings you back to the same screen again after the forced restart.
