MacbookPro8,1.plist file issue

Hey so maybe it will sound stupid but on both my mac's there is an issue with MacbookPro plist file on high sierra I can delete it but Ventura or Monterey or Big Sur won't let me delete this file so My macbook is runing smoothly only on adapter on battery it has lags that I can go make coffee before app will even open. Can someone please help me resolving this issue battery is new it runs on i7 and 8 gb ram.

I tried reset SMC, PRAM and everything else even disable SIP but didn't help and I can't run 24/7 on my adapter it will make my battery die.

Deleting .plist files is considered barbaric. MacOS intended you to use its elegant graphical user interface and settings for most controls.


I would guess there are about 750 .plist files active on your Mac right now.

Exactly what .plist file are you after, and why do you need to access this specific .plist file?
