How to change time and date on macbookpro if i forgot the password?

I forgot password for my old macbookpro retina 15 2012 A1398. 

I tried to recover via apple id and when i typed my password in,my old mac says : ''there was an error connecting to the apple id server'' . 

I googled it and the most popular advice is to change time and date,but i CAN'T do it,cause i don't know the pass.I tried commands in terminal sudo systemsetup -setusingnetworktime off / sudo date [MM][DD][HH][MM][YY] ,but for both bash said there is no such a command
