14 pro back glass breaks occurring in our company much more often than any other previous device.

Does anyone have a protective case suggestion other than Otterbox defender, to protect the 14 pro iPhone? My group received 4 new iPhone 14 pro’s recently along with Otter Box Defender series protective cases. Three of the four devices back glass have scattered from short falls off individuals hip. One device has broken twice in a matter of weeks. We have been using iPhones and otter box most robust protective cases for 15 years and never experienced failure like this. I have a physics minor, so I understand the laws or gravity well. I have a small hunch the battery could be inducing this premature failure of the back glass but do not have means to prove it yet.

I should also say that if you are paying $1,000 for a telephone you should never have this happen at all.

I bought the insurance as always. The back glass costs $99 and your entire phone is replaced. Second time the back glass broke. Does not seem to matter whether it is protected or not!

I have an ipPhone 14 pro and the Otterbox case and for the first time in years of having phones and cases, the back of my phone has shattered 3 times in 6 months. I'm over the phone and the case!

My 14 pro back has shattered also from a very short fall, from my knee on down. Went to Apple today and it’s going to cost $500 to fix it!!😳👎🏻

No, it was advertised as having titanium sides, not a titanium back.

If you feel a Samsung would better suit your needs, then by all means, go for it.
