Notification of unknown iPhone part
I am receiving a notification of unknown part (camera changed) but my phone is not even opened ever since I bought it please resolve my issue of iPhone 12 Pro Max

Unknown part error doesn’t necessarily mean the phone was opened. You’ll need to get it in and checked/serviced.
You will see an Unknown Part 
message if the camera installation is incomplete or if the camera:
- Was replaced with a nongenuine camera
- Was already used or installed in another iPhone
- Isn't functioning as expected
