Whay laptop shaking electric on my finger

I had the same exact problem with my Macbook Pro.

Mac seemed to be greatly concerned about it and kept telling me to take it to be checked out but it was during the Pandemic so nothing was able to be done about it.

The "zapping" (not deadly but annoying) eventually stopped after I had a new screen installed.

They might not be related but it's what happened to me.
